# The App Launch Checklist — Moon Shard

Everything you need to ship your iOS app with confidence.

## Phase 1: Pre-Launch Prep
- Run a TestFlight beta with real users (2+ weeks)
- Write App Store metadata (name, subtitle, description, keywords)
- Design screenshots for all required device sizes
- Prepare privacy policy URL and App Privacy questionnaire

## Phase 2: Submission & Review
- Upload build to App Store Connect, fill in metadata
- Apple review takes 24-48 hours; have demo account ready
- Prepare press kit and launch assets while waiting

## Phase 3: Launch Day
- Tuesday-Thursday launches perform best
- Hit all channels at once: social, email, ProductHunt, press
- Monitor crash reports, reviews, and support channels

## Phase 4: Post-Launch Growth
- Ship version 1.1 within 2 weeks (bugs + top feature request)
- Implement SKStoreReviewController at right moments
- Optimise listing based on conversion data; consider Apple Search Ads
