These terms govern your use of the Moon Shard website and services.

## Services

Moon Shard provides app development, design, and marketing services. All project work is governed by individual project agreements with detailed scope and deliverables.

## Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all source code, design files, and assets produced for your project transfer to you. Moon Shard retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

## Liability

Moon Shard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

## Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
